Online booking is available only to patients who have previously visited Sina Medical. Updated July 24, 2026.

Phone and telehealth appointments
Choose a phone or telehealth appointment for brief follow-ups, prescription renewals, and concerns that do not require a physical examination. Please reserve limited in-person appointments for procedures and concerns that require an examination.

Existing patients
If you have a family doctor at Sina Medical, please book new concerns and follow-up appointments with your family doctor whenever possible.

Walk-in patients
Because availability is limited, we accept walk-in bookings only from patients who have previously visited Sina Medical. Appointments booked by new patients may be cancelled without notice.

Calling the clinic
During busy periods, wait times may exceed one hour. You may remain on the line, or press 2 and then the star key (*) to confirm your callback number before hanging up.
Important notes
Please confirm that online booking is right for you
- If you have never seen a doctor at Sina Medical, please do not use online booking. We are not accepting new patients. To look for a family doctor, visit FindADoctorBC.ca or register with the Health Connect Registry.
- If your family doctor practises at Sina Medical, please book with that doctor. The clinic may cancel an appointment booked with a different doctor.
- If you have visited Sina Medical before but do not have a family doctor here, please book only with Dr. Sharareh Shokri or Dr. Richard Xiang.
If these instructions are not followed, the clinic may cancel the appointment without notice.
